H2R Corp has held this renewing contract historically as Williams Earth Sciences, and is proud to be once again a premier service provider for FDOT District 7. Working throughout the District within the scope of this continuing contract valued at $5 million per 5 year term, H2R is providing a variety of services ranging from small soil surveys, acceptance testing and muck probes to much larger projects for bridges, retention ponds and major roadways, including supporting paving operations and asphalt plant inspections. The projects involved working within and around environmentally sensitive areas that required monitoring, coordinating and working with local regulatory agencies, and effective process and plans designed to protect environmental areas and resources. Project(s) coordination between the client, contractor, and subcontractors was and continues to be essential to assure seamless and safe operations. Daily, weekly, and monthly communication and coordination meetings were implemented, as well as Project Completion Review (PCR) meetings. The PCR meetings were designed to identify operational deficiencies and opportunities for improvement. There were no notable occurrences of said, during the performing of this contract.
